Klimbos Garderen sets up special partnership with vacation park Landal Rabbit Hill

None other than Bollo himself was the first to climb the mini climbing course at Landal Rabbit Hill in Nieuw-Milligen. “The idea to build a mini course at the park came up during a networking event,” said Erik Kroon (owner of Klimbos Garderen). “Landal is always closely involved in local activities and attractions so that their guests can fully enjoy the Veluwe region. And with Klimbos Garderen practically right around the corner from Landal Rabbit Hill, we developed the initiative, resulting in this.”

Children can climb and scramble to their heart’s content on the mini course. And there’s even a real zip line. From a height of 15 meters, the kids can whiz right across the playground. During special events, such as the winter spectacle on December 28 at Landal Rabbit Hill, guests can zip line for free. And if climbing leaves you wanting more? Then guests can buy tickets for Klimbos Garderen at the park’s reception desk.

Ages 4 to 104
Klimbos Garderen changes every year. Some elements are removed—for example, because they’re less popular. But of course, new climbing elements are added as well, such as a net course coming soon. A high-altitude climbing course completely surrounded by a net. “Super safe and suitable for everyone, even grandpas and grandmas,” jokes Kroon. Thanks to the net course, entire families—from ages 4 to 104—can have fun during a day out at Klimbos Garderen.

Klimbos Garderen is also open during the Christmas break. “A very welcome situation,” says Martin Bes (General Manager of Landal Rabbit Hill).
