Harderwijk gets a unique climbing forest!

Following in the footsteps of Garderen, SOS Events is also opening a tree-top adventure park in Harderwijk. This attraction—a route through the trees created using ropes, cables, and wooden platforms—is being built on Boekhorstlaan. The location is right off the highway and just a stone’s throw from both the forest and Harderwijk’s downtown area. Together with other business owners, SOS Events will be redeveloping the area. In addition to the climbing forest, there will also be a bike café, a zip line, and fast-food restaurants.

It will still be a while before you can come climb in Harderwijk. SOS Events expects it to open sometime in 2017. Until then, you’re of course more than welcome at Klimbos Garderen!
